At this OD, the collar provides the widest offset between its running face and the cutter’s cut circle, giving large multi-wing cutters room to complete the full profile without restriction. Sealed ball-bearing construction at 3/4″ bore keeps the collar free-spinning under the heavier bearing loads that large-diameter cutters impose at production speed.
