The SCH-QC-TER-190mm-D is a 190mm Schmidt Terminus double-sided reversible quick-change planer knife for machines with 190mm Terminus heads. At 190mm, this knife covers mid-wide production moulder and planer configurations — a practical production width in European architectural moulding, furniture manufacturing, and panel processing at 190mm machine capacity. Terminus fast-change system: tool-free knife swaps without spindle height adjustment. Double-sided design: two cutting edges per knife, no sharpening. The combination is particularly effective in production environments where minimizing knife change time and eliminating the grinding step are both priorities. Available in 18% Tungsten T1 HSS steel for softwood and standard production or carbide for extended edge life in hardwood and abrasive material production.
