Long T-Bushing, 3/4″ ID × 1-1/4″ OD

Description

The 3/4″ ID × 1-1/4″ OD long T-bushing is the most frequently used bore conversion in the Freeborn lineup — running cutters bored to the Pro-Line standard on a Mini-Pro or 3/4″ spindle machine. The long body provides maximum support inside the cutter bore, minimizing the tilt that affects profile accuracy and surface finish when running a larger-bore cutter on a smaller spindle. The flanged face seats against the cutter to control axial position. Freeborn machines these to close tolerances for a snug, accurate fit on the 3/4″ spindle and inside the 1-1/4″ bore. An essential adapter for shops running mixed-bore cutters on a 3/4″ machine.
