Description
When a 1-1/4″ bore cutter needs to run on a 1″ spindle, the bore difference is small but a well-fitted bushing still matters. Freeborn’s AP-91-016 long T-bushing bridges the quarter-inch gap with an extended body that provides more contact inside the cutter bore than a short format — reducing the radial play that a shorter adapter leaves over the full bore length. The flanged face controls axial cutter position. Precision machining holds the ID to 1″ for a close spindle fit and the OD to 1-1/4″ for a snug fit in the cutter bore. For shops running 1-1/4″ bore cutters on a 1″ machine, this is the correct long-format adapter.
