Short T-Bushing, 1″ ID × 1-1/4″ OD

Description

The AP-92-016 short T-bushing makes the 1″ to 1-1/4″ bore conversion in a compact body suited for cutters where the bore is too shallow to fully engage a long bushing, or where stack geometry requires keeping bushing height minimal. While the bore step between 1″ and 1-1/4″ is smaller than most other T-bushing conversions, a well-fitted short bushing still provides accurate centering and eliminates the play in the cutter that even a small gap between spindle and bore introduces at shaper speeds. The flanged face controls axial cutter position. Precision machining to close tolerances ensures a snug, accurate fit on the 1″ spindle and inside the 1-1/4″ bore.
