Double-Sided T-Bushing, 1-1/8″ ID × 1-1/4″ OD

Description

The AP-93-018 makes the 1-1/8″ spindle to 1-1/4″ bore conversion with flanges on both cutter faces — the appropriate format when the cutter needs to be reversible or sits in the center of a multi-cutter stack that requires lateral support on both sides. At just 1/8″ of bore step, this is a close conversion, but a well-fitted bushing still eliminates the vibration and runout that even a small gap between spindle and cutter bore introduces at shaper speeds. Precision machined to Freeborn’s standard close tolerances for a snug fit on both mating surfaces. Single-flanged long and short formats are also available for this bore step when the double-sided design isn’t required.
