Description

One step above the smallest in the Pro-Line series, the 2-1/2″ OD provides a moderate additional depth offset on the 1-1/4″ bore spindle for profile cutters that need the cutter running slightly farther from the guide face. This size covers a common Pro-Line working range for standard cabinet door profiles and door-edge sequences. Sealed ball-bearing construction keeps the collar free-spinning at Pro-Line shaper speeds through production runs on heavy stock. Freeborn machines the bore to close tolerances so switching between the 2-1/4″ and 2-1/2″ collars changes only the depth geometry — spindle fit and runout stay consistent.
