The SCH-QC-DIS-410mm-S is a 410mm Schmidt Dispozablade single-edge disposable planer knife for machines equipped with Dispozablade heads at 410mm configured for single-sided knives. The single-edge variant carries one cutting surface per knife; when the edge is spent, the knife is replaced and recycled. Single-edge Dispozablade knives are used in specific head designs that accept single-sided format only — confirm the installed head requires single-edge knives before ordering. Dispozablade’s no-grinding cycle applies regardless of edge count: install, run until dull, replace and recycle. No sharpening at any stage. HSS material for standard production performance. At 410mm, a disposable knife system eliminates the cost and logistics of wide-knife regrinding. Confirm the installed Dispozablade head at 410mm is single-edge compatible — single and double edge formats are not interchangeable.
