The SCH-QC-DIS-500mm-D is a 500mm Schmidt Dispozablade double-edged disposable planer knife for industrial machines with 500mm planing capacity. At 500mm, this is a heavy industrial knife for the widest class of production planers and moulder equipment. Dispozablade’s no-grinding approach: install, run until dull, flip for the second cutting edge, replace and recycle when both edges are spent. Two cutting surfaces per knife. HSS for standard production.
