Description

The WC220C is a 6-piece carbide-tipped stile and rail cutter set for producing door frames in 1-3/4-inch thick door stock — 3-wing, 1-1/4-inch bore. The 6-piece system covers the full range of shaper operations needed to produce a complete door frame: the sticking profile cutters, cope cutters, and groove cutters required to machine the stile and rail joint, the inside profile, and the panel groove in a single set. 1-3/4-inch is the standard thickness for interior and exterior residential entry doors, making WC220C appropriate for millwork shops producing door packages at this standard thickness.
