Description
Extending double-face laminate cutting capability to 14 in., this 100-tooth blade on a 1 in. bore handles large-format melamine panels, high-pressure laminate sheets, and veneer-faced panel goods on large sliding table saws and production crosscut saws in the 14 in. class. At 100 teeth on 14 in., the blade provides the tooth density needed to cut brittle laminate surfaces without chip-out on entry or exit faces — the short arc between adjacent tooth contacts keeps laminate fracture at the cut edge to a minimum. The larger 14 in. diameter covers the full width of standard sheet goods and large-format laminate panels in a single pass, an advantage in shops processing full 4×8 and larger laminated panels on a sliding table saw. Carbide tips are ground to consistent geometry to maintain cutting performance through production-scale laminate cutting cycles. The 1 in. bore is standard on large-format production saws in this class. In countertop fabrication, custom cabinet shops, and commercial millwork operations where large-format laminated panels need chip-free edges on both faces, this blade delivers that result at 14 in.
