Laminate

Laminate blades are engineered for chip-free cuts in melamine, laminate, and coated panels — materials that splinter badly with the wrong blade. A high-ATB or triple-chip (TCG) grind and a high tooth count score the brittle surface cleanly on both faces.

Chip-free coated panels

The right choice for cabinet and casework shops cutting melamine and laminated sheet goods. Carbide-tipped for abrasive coatings and resharpenable. For double-sided melamine, pair with a scoring blade on a scoring saw.
