Description
At 100 teeth on a 12 in. blade, this ATB laminate blade delivers the tooth density needed for chip-free cutting of double-face melamine, high-pressure laminate, and veneer-faced panel goods on 1 in. arbor production saws. The high tooth count keeps the arc between adjacent tips extremely short — at the cut line, each tooth shears a small increment of laminate rather than impacting the brittle surface with a longer blade engagement. ATB geometry ensures the tooth enters the laminate at an angle that initiates shearing rather than fracture, protecting both the top and bottom faces of the panel through the full cut. A laser-cut low noise plate stabilizes the 12 in. plate against the resonance that builds up during fine laminate cutting at controlled feed rates — expansion slots in the plate relieve stress and dampen harmonic vibration that would otherwise transfer to the cut edge. Carbide tips are precision-ground and maintained to ATB geometry through extended production laminate cutting. In sliding table saw operations cutting cabinet box panels, shelving, and laminate-surfaced components, this blade produces edges that go directly to assembly without secondary edge treatment.
