The SCH-QC-DIS-420mm-D is a 420mm Schmidt Dispozablade double-edged disposable planer knife for machines with 420mm planing capacity. The 420mm length fits large-format production planer and moulder equipment at this machine width — a size range common in higher-capacity European industrial equipment. Dispozablade’s maintenance-free cycle: install, run, flip for the second cutting face when dull, replace and recycle both edges are spent. No grinding required. Two usable cutting surfaces per knife. HSS material for standard production.
