The SCH-QC-DIS-510mm-S is a 510mm Schmidt Dispozablade single-edge disposable planer knife for machines with Dispozablade heads at 510mm configured for single-sided knives. The single-edge variant provides one cutting surface per knife; replace and recycle when the edge is spent. Single-edge Dispozablade knives are required by specific head designs that accept only single-sided format — confirm the installed 510mm head requires single-edge knives before ordering. The no-grinding Dispozablade maintenance model applies: install, run until dull, replace and recycle. No sharpening required. HSS material. At 510mm knife width, a disposable knife system eliminates the substantial cost and logistics of wide-knife regrinding in industrial production. Confirm the 510mm Dispozablade head installed is single-edge compatible — single and double edge formats are not interchangeable in Dispozablade heads.
