Schmidt Bead & Bullnose Profile Knife — BN110

Description

The Schmidt BN110 is a finished M2 high-speed steel bullnose profile knife dimensioned at 2-1/2″ H × 5/16″ W × 7/8″ thick. The 7/8-inch body thickness accommodates the large convex profile radius required for a full 2-1/2-inch height bullnose — a profile used on stair treads, window stool edges, thick countertop edges, and architectural detail millwork where a substantial convex curve is the design intent. Available in Corrugated 60° back for 60° corrugated heads and Williams & Hussey back format for W&H moulder equipment. M2 molybdenum HSS provides the edge retention needed in the hard, long-running cuts characteristic of thick-body bullnose profiling. Select back type to match the installed machine head.
