Bead and bullnose profiles put a clean, rounded edge on trim, stair treads, window stools, and casework. CGG Schmidt grinds bead and bullnose knives across common radii so you can match the look of single beads, double beads, and full bullnose edges.

Rounded profiles show every imperfection, so our knives are ground from M2 high-speed steel to hold a keen edge through long runs, with carbide-tipped options for MDF and laminates. Supplied as matched sets for corrugated or flat-back heads. For an exact radius or a bead-and-cove combination, send us the profile to grind.
