Reversible knife inserts present two cutting edges per insert — when one edge wears, the knife is flipped to expose the opposite edge, effectively doubling the insert life before replacement is needed. At 7.5 x 12 x 1.5mm, the INKS207 is a smaller knife geometry used in insert heads for light profiling, fine surfacing, and detail work where a compact insert size is required by the head’s insert pocket design. This knife size is specific to heads machined for INKS207 geometry; confirm insert seat dimensions and clamping screw type before ordering. Sold in boxes of 10 to support production runs requiring frequent insert rotation.
