6 in. Dual-Profile Panel Raising Cutter Body for IC211 and IC21138 Inserts

Description

The IC211B is a 6 in. diameter panel raising cutter body for 1-1/4 in. bore shapers, accepting IC211 and IC21138 solid carbide inserts for dual-profile raised panel production. Dual-profile raised panel heads reduce tool inventory and changeover time in custom door shops producing panels in multiple profile styles — the IC211B allows two Profile 211-series variants to be produced from a single head setup by engaging the appropriate insert set. The 6 in. diameter provides the full-radius geometry needed to cut raised panel profiles in a single shaper pass on standard door panel stock. The IC211B occupies a different profile series than IC210B or IC213B — inserts are not shared between body models. IC211 and IC21138 inserts and IC210SR insert screws are ordered separately. Confirm spindle speed is within safe operating limits for a 6 in. panel raising head before use.
