Description

The AC109 is a ball bearing rub collar — 2-15/16-inch outer diameter, 3/4-inch bore, 7/16-inch thick — for 3/4-inch bore shaper spindles. The 2-15/16-inch OD is near the top of the 3/4-inch bore rub collar range, providing a large-diameter guide surface for setups where the cutter stack diameter is large and the collar needs to match. Note: the AC109 is also the replacement ball bearing for the Schmidt Innovator QC601 Junior quick-change cutterhead — the cutterhead uses the AC109 to establish the rub reference diameter on the 3/4-inch bore.
