The AC116B is a ball bearing rub collar — 100mm outer diameter, 1-1/4-inch bore — for 1-1/4-inch bore shaper spindles where European-designed tooling specifies a 100mm metric guide collar. Metric OD rub collars match tooling from European manufacturers (German, Italian, and Nordic profile cutter brands) that specify guide collar sizes in millimeters. 100mm is approximately 3.937 inches — between the 3-3/4-inch AC116 and the 4-inch AC117 in the imperial series, but not interchangeable with either for precision template work.
