The FB-CDIC-535-3pc is Freeborn’s alternate center-groove cabinet door insert cutter set — profile 535 cuts a centered groove for flat-panel door construction with a different groove geometry from profile 510. Both profiles serve the same application (flat-panel capture in Shaker, contemporary, and minimalist door programs), but differ in groove width or profile detail — verify the profile number against Freeborn’s profile sheet or your design specification when choosing between 510 and 535. The 3-piece Dedicated configuration uses Dedicated head bodies that accept only profile 535 inserts, keeping groove geometry consistent across long production runs. The stile and rail members receive a clean centered groove with no decorative edge profile, producing a flat-faced frame characteristic of contemporary and minimalist cabinetry. 1-1/4″ bore, 4-1/2″ OD, 3-1/2″ minor diameter, 3-wing CCW, for 3/4″ to 7/8″ door stock. Carbide or T-Alloy inserts available.
