Double-Sided T-Bushing, 1-1/4″ ID × 40mm OD

Description

The AP-93-025 provides the 1-1/4″ spindle to 40mm bore conversion with flanges on both cutter faces. The double-sided design suits setups where the European metric 40mm bore cutter needs to be mounted in either orientation, or where it sits in the center of a multi-cutter stack and requires lateral support on both sides. The 40mm OD is the European metric standard for shaper tooling, appearing on a wide range of European cutter sets. Precision machined to Freeborn’s standard close tolerances for a snug fit on the 1-1/4″ spindle and inside the 40mm bore. Long (AP-91-025) and short (AP-92-025) single-flanged formats cover setups where the double-sided design is not required.
