Description

Near the top of the Pro-Line collar lineup, the 4-1/4″ outside diameter handles large-format raised panel and decorative door-edge profiles in the Freeborn Pro-Line system. At this OD, the collar provides a wide, stable guide face against the fence or template — an advantage when large-diameter cutters generate more lateral force against the guide surface through a cut. Sealed ball-bearing construction maintains free-spinning performance at Pro-Line speeds through heavy, extended production on these large cutters. Freeborn machines the bore to close tolerances for consistent, low-runout fit on the 1-1/4″ spindle even at this large collar size. With the AP-90 series stepping in fine increments at the 4″ range, Pro-Line shops can dial in exact panel height without fence adjustments across the top end of the lineup.
