Description
The Schmidt RCV1132 is a solid-carbide veining router bit at 1/16″” dia × 1/4″” shank × 3/8″” cut, 2″” OAL. Veining bits produce a narrow, V-shaped channel for fine decorative line work — used for lettering, veining patterns, inlay lines, monograms, logo routing, and other fine-line detail work in wood, MDF, and composite panel stock. The 1/16″-inch cutting diameter produces a shallow, narrow channel; depth of cut controls the width of the veined line at the workpiece surface. Solid carbide maintains the sharp point geometry needed for clean, crisp detail work in fine CNC routing applications. Run at high RPM and slow feed rates for cleanest line definition; use on CNC routers or router tables with firm workpiece control.
