The SCH-QC-DIS-330mm-D is a 330mm Schmidt Dispozablade double-edged disposable planer knife for machines with 330mm planing width. The 330mm Dispozablade fits wide-format planer and moulder heads in European production equipment at this machine width. Run until dull, flip for the second edge, replace and recycle — the complete Dispozablade maintenance cycle with no sharpening at any stage. Double-edged design provides two cutting intervals. HSS material. At 330mm, the Dispozablade fast-change system is especially productive in operations where wide-material throughput is the priority and stopping for knife grinding would interrupt production flow.
