Schmidt Bead & Bullnose Profile Knife — BN100

Description

The Schmidt BN100 is a narrow-body M2 high-speed steel bead profile knife ground to 1-1/4″ H × 5/16″ W × 1/8″ thick. At 1/8 inches thick with a 5/16-inch profile width, this thin-body knife produces a clean bead detail on moulded edges, face frames, and millwork where a fine 5/16-inch bead is the target profile. Thin-body bead knives seat precisely in corrugated moulder heads and W&H machines without displacement under cutting load. Available in Corrugated 60° back for use in 60° corrugated moulder heads and in Williams & Hussey back format. M2 HSS maintains edge geometry through production beading runs in hardwood and softwood stock. Verify body thickness matches head clamping specification for the installed machine.
