The AC665 is a 6-pack of medium diamond honing cones — 3/8-inch narrow end by 3/4-inch wide end — for honing and touching up profile knife edges on shaper cutters and moulder knives in place. The medium cone size suits the broader profile sections and mid-scale detail areas found in standard door profile cutters, panel raising edges, and cope-and-pattern profiles. Used to maintain cutting edge sharpness between full grinds — the diamond surface removes micro-burrs and wire edges from the knife face after each production run without requiring the knife to be removed from the cutterhead.
