Description
When 12 in. production saws need to handle mixed materials — wood, MDF, melamine, solid surface, and non-ferrous material in the same shift — a TCG general purpose blade covers the full range without a blade change. This 60-tooth triple chip grind blade on a 1 in. bore handles the material diversity that a standard ATB blade cannot cover cleanly. Triple chip geometry positions alternating flat trapper and chamfered raker teeth to cut both grain-shearing operations in wood and the scraping action required in brittle composites and non-ferrous materials. At 60 teeth on a 12 in. blade, the balance between tooth count and gullet volume handles the varied chip types that come with cross-material cutting — wood shavings, composite powder, and MDF dust. A laser-cut low noise plate stabilizes the plate under the changing engagement depths and feed rates of general shop use across multiple material types. Carbide tips are ground to TCG geometry to handle abrasive composite materials without rapid edge degradation. The 1 in. bore fits the production sliding table saws and large cabinet saws that run 12 in. blades.
