Description
Large-format production saws running 12 in. blades need a general purpose option that handles the full range of cuts in a single setup. This 60-tooth ATB blade on a 1 in. bore covers solid wood crosscutting, ripping, plywood, MDF, and sheet goods on sliding table saws, large cabinet saws, and production crosscut saws that take 12 in. blades. Sixty alternate top bevel teeth provide enough tooth count to deliver clean crosscut faces without sacrificing the gullet capacity needed to clear chips during ripping operations. ATB geometry shears wood fibers cleanly in both directions — across grain on crosscuts and with grain during ripping — making this blade a genuine all-purpose tool rather than a compromise between cut types. A laser-cut low noise plate stabilizes the larger 12 in. plate under the varied engagement depths and feed rates that come with general-purpose cutting. Carbide tips are ground to consistent ATB angles and maintain edge geometry through production-scale use in hardwood, plywood, MDF, and sheet materials. The 1 in. bore is standard on 12 in. sliding table saws and large cabinet saws.
