Centrolock 60mm Replacement Knife — HSS or Carbide

Description

The SCH-QC-CEN-60mm-S is a 60mm replacement knife for Centrolock-style constant-diameter planer and moulder heads, including Weinig Centrolock and compatible systems. Centrolock heads maintain a constant outside diameter as the knife wears and is reground — eliminating the head height re-setting required by conventional planer heads and significantly reducing changeover downtime in production moulding and planing operations. The 60mm length serves narrow-width applications: small moulder heads, jointing applications for narrow material, or machines with 60mm planing width capacity. Available in HSS for general softwood and mixed-species production and carbide for extended edge retention in dense hardwoods and abrasive materials. HSS knives can be reground in-house on standard grinding equipment; carbide knives require diamond grinding and provide significantly longer edge life between grinds. Select the length that matches the active knife seats in the Centrolock head installed on your machine — 60mm heads accept 60mm knives only. Order by material at checkout.
