Description

The Schmidt DY46 is a finished M2 high-speed steel crown assembly knife at 1/8″ H × 1-3/4″ W × 5/16″ thick. At only 1/8 inch of profile height, this knife functions as a flat or near-flat member within a built-up multi-knife crown or cornice profile assembly — providing a flat field, step transition, or ovolo stop between curved profile knives. Multi-knife crown assemblies use two or more profiles run in sequence to produce complex cross-section crown stock. Available in Corrugated 60° back and Williams & Hussey back format.
