Description
The S&H Door Jig positions cabinet door handles, knobs, and pulls with speed and accuracy on production door runs. The jig uses two reference pins — one set at the top of the door and one at the stile edge — to locate the hardware drill point repeatably without individual measurement on each piece. In a production shop, this kind of fixed-reference tooling eliminates the compounding errors that come from remeasuring each door by hand, producing a consistent hardware line across every door in a kitchen or millwork run. The rugged construction handles daily production use. The system works for both inset and overlay doors when referenced correctly to the door face and edge. For shops hanging volume cabinetry, the S&H Door Jig is the hardware installation tool that removes layout time and reduces rework to near zero. Pair with the AC860 S&H Drawer Jig for a complete handle and pull setup covering both drawers and doors.
