The QC101SLCC is a 3-piece Schure-Lock carbide panel raising knife set for the Schmidt Innovator cutterhead — Profile 1, sized for 3/4-inch thick raised panel stock, counter-clockwise rotation. Schure-Lock carbide knife sets provide longer production runs in hardwood raised panel work compared to the HSS corrugated back alternative; the precision locking geometry ensures the profile re-establishes exactly on every knife change without height setup. Profile 1 is the second of six Innovator 3/4-inch panel profiles — verify the profile shape matches your door design with Schmidt’s profile chart.
