The QC104CC is a 3-piece corrugated back HSS panel raising knife set for the Schmidt Innovator quick-change cutterhead — Profile 4, sized for 3/4-inch thick raised panel stock, counter-clockwise spindle rotation. Profile 4 is the fifth of six raised panel profiles in the Innovator 3/4-inch panel series. The corrugated back knife drop-in system eliminates height adjustment between knife changes — the profile re-establishes mechanically. Runs in the QC601CC (Innovator Jr, 3/4-inch bore, CCW) or QC602CC (Innovator II, 1-1/4-inch bore, CCW). Contact Schmidt for the profile chart to verify Profile 4 shape.
