The QC101CC is a 3-piece corrugated back HSS panel raising knife set for the Schmidt Innovator quick-change cutterhead — Profile 1, sized for 3/4-inch thick raised panel stock, counter-clockwise spindle rotation. Profile 1 is the second of six raised panel shapes in the Innovator 3/4-inch panel series (profiles 0-5); each profile number produces a distinct panel shape. Contact Schmidt for the Innovator profile chart to confirm Profile 1 matches the door panel design being produced. In the Innovator system, the corrugated back knife set drops into the QC601CC or QC602CC cutterhead body — no height setup required, the profile re-establishes on every knife change. HSS corrugated back knives are an economical option for lower-volume production or when running softer species.
