The QC100CW is a 3-piece set of corrugated back high-speed steel panel raising knives for the Schmidt Innovator quick-change cutterhead — Profile 0, sized for 3/4-inch thick raised panel stock, clockwise spindle rotation. Choose the CW version for shapers and moulders with clockwise spindle rotation — European-format machines and some specialized US shaper configurations run CW, and using a CCW-ground knife set in a CW machine produces a scraping cut rather than a shearing cut. In the Innovator system, the knife set mounts in the QC601CW (Innovator Jr, 3/4-inch bore, CW) or QC602CW (Innovator II, 1-1/4-inch bore, CW) cutterhead body. Profile 0 produces the specific raised panel profile shape designated 0 in Schmidt’s Innovator profile numbering — contact Schmidt for the profile chart to confirm this is the profile being produced.
