The BBT085R is a carbide tipped boring bit — 8mm diameter, 57mm overall length, 60-degree tip angle — in right-hand rotation. Used on CNC multi-spindle boring machines for 8mm dowel holes, Confirmat screw pilot holes, and larger hardware fitting bores in cabinet panel components. Right-hand rotation pairs with left-hand bits (BBT085L) across the boring head to balance lateral forces during multi-spindle simultaneous boring. 60-degree tip provides clean entry in melamine and veneer-faced panels without tear-out.
