4-3/4” Rosette Tool Holder — 2-Wing, for Slow RPM Machines

Description

The AC821 is a 4-3/4-inch diameter 2-wing corrugated rosette tool holder for slow-RPM rosette cutting machines — the largest of three rosette holder sizes in the Schmidt system. The 4-3/4-inch diameter produces a large architectural rosette block suitable for oversized door and window casing assemblies, grand entry doors, and custom architectural millwork where a larger corner block is proportionally appropriate. The 2-wing design accepts two 1/4-inch thick corrugated steel knives (16-60-degree corrugation angle). Slow RPM machines only — do not run at shaper or router speeds.
