Description

The AC107 is a ball bearing rub collar — 1-11/16-inch outer diameter, 3/4-inch bore, 7/16-inch thick — for 3/4-inch bore shaper spindles. At 1-11/16 inches OD, the AC107 is 1/16 inch larger in diameter than the AC106 (1-5/8-inch OD), allowing a slightly shallower cut depth when swapping from the smaller collar — useful when the setup calls for a precise depth adjustment without moving the fence. Ball bearing rub collars ride against the starting pin, fence, or template guide to set the cutter’s working depth.
