Description

The AC109A is a ball bearing rub collar — 3-1/8-inch outer diameter, 3/4-inch bore, 7/16-inch thick — the largest OD available in the Schmidt 3/4-inch bore rub collar series. At 3-1/8 inches OD, this collar is used with the largest-diameter cutter stacks on 3/4-inch shaper spindles where the guide collar needs to match the cutter’s outer reach. Ball bearing design keeps the collar stationary against the fence, pin, or template while the cutter above spins freely. For smaller OD options in the 3/4-inch bore series, see AC106 through AC109.
