Schmidt Paneling & Flooring Profile Knife — P102G

Description

The Schmidt P102G is a finished M2 high-speed steel paneling profile knife ground to 1-1/4″ H × 1-9/16″ W × 5/16″ thick, cutting the groove (female) pass of the P102 paneling set. Paneling knife sets use matched groove and tongue profiles to produce interlocking panel stock for wainscoting, beadboard, shiplap, and decorative wall paneling. The groove knife cuts the channel that receives the corresponding tongue, creating the interlocking edge joint. Use with the P102T tongue knife to produce the complete P102 paneling profile. Available in Corrugated 60° back for 60° corrugated moulder heads and Williams & Hussey back format for W&H machines. Ground M2 HSS — installs directly in the head for production paneling stock in pine, poplar, cedar, and hardwood panel material.
