Description
The 10 in. sliding miter saw is the standard platform for production trim and finish crosscutting, and this 80-tooth ATB-with-raker blade on a 5/8 in. bore is built for that work. Eighty alternate top bevel teeth with raker gullets handle both the fine surface quality needed for finish crosscutting and the chip clearance capacity required at production miter saw feed rates in solid wood and hardwood molding. ATB-with-raker geometry shears cross-grain fibers cleanly on entry and exit while raker teeth keep the gullets clear during repetitive high-volume crosscutting — the combination maintains surface quality through a full shift without the blade loading up. A laser-cut low noise plate reduces the resonance and harmonic vibration that build up during sustained 10 in. miter saw use — important in trim shops where the saw runs continuously and blade noise transfers to the shop floor and adjacent work areas. Carbide tips are precision-ground to consistent ATB geometry and hold their edge through extended production cutting in hardwood trim, molding, and solid wood components. This is a finish-crosscut blade built for 10 in. sliding miter saw use.
