On the shaper spindle, the last fraction of an inch of cutter height often makes the difference between a joint that closes tight and one that barely misses. Freeborn’s 1/16″ wide steel arbor spacer for the 3/4″ bore spindle provides the finest single-piece step in the Mini-Pro spacer lineup, used to fine-tune the final cutter position after the bulk of the stack height has been established with wider spacers. The precision-ground parallel faces seat flat against adjacent cutters, collars, or spacers without introducing tilt that would misalign the cutter in the stack. Bore tolerances from Freeborn ensure consistent, close fit on the 3/4″ spindle across all spacer widths.
