Description

The FB-VP-PL-090 is the square-edge T&G cutter in Freeborn’s Pro-Line V-paneling series — profile 090 cuts the tongue-and-groove joint with no bevel, cove, or roundover seam detail. Where all other V-paneling profiles create a visible groove character at the board joint, the 090 square edge produces a flush, flat-butted seam where boards meet with no decorative channel. This suits contemporary and minimalist paneling programs where a flat, seamless appearance is specified and the joint line is intended to be subtle or nearly invisible — including modern vertical shiplap-style treatments, flush-panel wainscoting, and architectural wall paneling where shadow lines are suppressed rather than accented. Profile 090 is Pro-Line only; no Mini-Pro square-edge V-paneling equivalent is available. The square-edge format also suits applications where post-installation painting or finishing will conceal the seam line entirely. Runs with the AP-90-052 rub bearing. 1-1/4″ bore, 4″ OD, 3-wing, CCW.
