V-Paneling & T&G Cutter — Profile 040 Cove, Pro-Line (1-1/4″ Bore)

Description

The FB-VP-PL-040 cuts the tongue-and-groove edge joint with a profile 040 cove seam for Freeborn Pro-Line 1-1/4″ bore machines — the third cove variant available in both Mini-Pro and Pro-Line series (020, 030, 040). Each of the three shared cove profiles has a different proportion; the Pro-Line range additionally includes profile 070 (a larger cove exclusive to Pro-Line). Verify profile 040 against Freeborn’s V-paneling catalog to confirm the cove width and depth before ordering. Like all V-paneling cutters, the 040 machines both the T&G joint and the visible face seam profile in one shaper pass. Runs with the AP-90-052 rub bearing. 1-1/4″ bore, 4″ OD, 3-wing, CCW. MC-59-040 is the Mini-Pro (3/4″ bore, AM-90-035 bearing) version of this same profile.
