Description

The FB-VP-PL-020 is the profile 020 cove V-paneling cutter for the Freeborn Pro-Line 1-1/4″ bore spindle — machining the T&G edge joint with a concave cove seam character at each board joint in the assembled panel. The cove produces a hollow groove that reads with more depth than a roundover, creating a more defined shadow line in the finished paneling. Profile 020 is one of four cove seam variants in the Pro-Line V-paneling range (020, 030, 040, and the Pro-Line-exclusive 070); verify the profile 020 cove proportion against Freeborn’s catalog to confirm it matches the design specification. Runs with the AP-90-052 rub bearing for cut depth control. 1-1/4″ bore, 4″ OD, 3-wing, CCW. MC-59-020 is the Mini-Pro (3/4″ bore, 2-15/16″ OD, AM-90-035 bearing) counterpart of the same profile 020. The cove seam suits traditional, cottage, and farmhouse-style paneling applications.
