V-Paneling & T&G Cutter — Profile 011 Cope & Pattern, Pro-Line (1-1/4″ Bore)

Description

The FB-VP-PL-011 is the cope & pattern head for Freeborn’s profile 010 V-paneling system — machining the interlocking cope-and-profile cut at inside and outside corners where the profile 010 tongue-and-groove paneling changes direction. Wall paneling installations require not only the T&G edge profile for board-to-board joints but also a corner-coping solution where the paneling meets at right-angle transitions; the 011 head provides this corner joint operation for paneling machined with the 010 roundover cutter. This mirrors the cope & pattern system used in window sash (010/011) and other Freeborn stile-and-rail applications. Profile 011 is Pro-Line only — use with FB-VP-PL-010 for a complete corner-capable paneling system. Runs with the AP-90-052 rub bearing. 1-1/4″ bore, 4″ OD, 3-wing, CCW. Note: the 011 cope & pattern head matches specifically to the 010 profile character — it is not interchangeable with cope & pattern heads from other paneling profile numbers.
