Description

The FB-DL-PL-002 is the alternate drawer-lock profile for Freeborn’s Pro-Line system — profile 002 covers a different interlocking joint geometry from profile 001 (FB-DL-PL-001), suited to a different drawer stock thickness or joint proportion. The two profiles are not interchangeable: verify profile 002 against Freeborn’s drawer-lock profile specifications and your drawer stock thickness to confirm which geometry is correct for your drawer construction before ordering. A single reversible cutter handles both mating halves of the joint — drawer front and side — in one setup without swapping heads. Like profile 001, the FB-DL-PL-002 runs at 5″ OD on a 1-1/4″ bore spindle — larger than the standard 4″ Pro-Line OD because the drawer-lock geometry requires this cutting circle. MC-69-002 is the Mini-Pro (3/4″ bore, 2-5/16″ OD) version of the same profile 002 geometry. 1-1/4″ bore, 5″ OD, 3-wing, CCW.
