Description

The MC-59-030 is the profile 030 cove V-paneling cutter for the Freeborn Mini-Pro 3/4″ bore spindle — cutting the tongue-and-groove edge joint with a cove seam character that is proportionally different from profile 020 (MC-59-020). The three cove profiles available in the Mini-Pro range (020, 030, 040) cover a range of cove widths and depths; profile 030 sits between the 020 and 040 in the cove proportion range. Verify against Freeborn’s V-paneling profile catalog to confirm which cove proportion matches the paneling design specification before ordering. All three cove profiles produce an inward-scooping hollow seam visible at each board joint in the assembled panel. Runs with the AM-90-035 rub bearing for cut depth control. 3/4″ bore, 2-15/16″ OD, 3-wing, CCW, carbide. FB-VP-PL-030 is the Pro-Line (1-1/4″ bore, 4″ OD, AP-90-052 bearing) version.
